The enrolment process for Cork’s newest Educate Together primary school, Owenabue ETNS, will open on Thursday, October 1st and remain open for 4 weeks. We will also be accepting expressions of interest for an Autism Class for September 2021, further details below.
As per the new Admissions Act, Owenabue ETNS will implement an Annual Admissions process. First round applications for September 2021 will open on Thursday, October 1st and close on Friday, October 30th at 5pm. Only valid applications received in this period will be considered for first round offers. Criteria for admissions are outlined in our Admissions Policy.

Places will be offered by 9th November 2020 and offers must be accepted within 7 days.

We are also accepting expressions of interest for an Autism Class for September 2021. Criteria for admission would be as per the NCSE guidelines, a diagnosis of Autism and a recommendation for a special class placement. Please note, an expression of interest is not an application for a place. The decision on whether a class is approved lies with the NCSE and the Department of Education. Should a class be approved, and there be sufficient interest, we will then open a formal admission process.
