The Owenabue ETNS Board of Management met on Monday, 11th March, 2024. Below is the agreed report of the discussions at the meeting.
- The Board congratulates Jane O’Regan on her appointment as Assistant Principal, and thanks Melanie O’Brien for her work in the role to date.
- The Board discussed the latest status of accommodation for September and next steps.
- The Board also discussed the latest update of the permanent accommodation and welcomes the news that the design team is to be appointed in the coming weeks.
- Trina updated the Board on teaching and learning and the celebrations of World Book Day and Seachtain na Gaeilge.
- The Board discussed the enrolment numbers for September and staffing appeals that have been made.
- The Board congratulates the PGA on some very successful events this Term, including movie nights, coffee mornings and the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day Parade entry. Thank you for your hard work.
